Digital Guides

Self-paced learning with written materials and guidance.

Our digital guides include step-by-step instructions, common modifications, and integration advice. Ideal for those who prefer independent study at their own schedule.

Group Sessions

Facilitated practice with community learning.

Groups of 6–12 participants practise together under guidance. Sessions include instruction, group practice, and time for questions. Community creates accountability and shared learning.

  • Real-time feedback and adjustments
  • Community support and shared experience

Investment: NZD 25 per session or NZD 80 for a 4-session block.

Personal Coaching

One-on-one guidance tailored to your goals.

Work directly with a facilitator to develop a customised practice plan. We assess your needs, teach techniques, monitor progress, and adjust your approach as you develop.

The Coaching Journey

Personal coaching typically unfolds over 6–12 weeks, though many people continue longer. Each session builds on the previous, allowing you to deepen your understanding and refine your practice.

Week 1–2: Assessment, goal discussion, and introduction to foundational techniques.

Week 3–6: Skill-building, experimentation with variations, and integration into daily routines.

Week 7–12: Refinement, troubleshooting, and planning for long-term independent practice.

Sessions are flexible, available both online and in-person. We work around your schedule.

Sample Group Session Structure

A typical 90-minute session follows this format.

0–10 min

Welcome & Settling

Group gathers, we discuss any questions from previous sessions, and participants settle into a comfortable position.

10–20 min

Technique Introduction

Facilitator explains the day's technique, discusses its applications, and demonstrates proper form and pacing.

20–50 min

Guided Practice

Group practises together. Facilitator guides pacing, offers modifications, and checks for comfort and questions.

50–70 min

Reflection & Integration

Group discusses individual experiences. We explore how the technique might fit into daily routines and work situations.

70–90 min

Q&A & Closing

Open questions, discussion of home practice recommendations, and gentle closing to prepare for the week ahead.

No. Our groups are designed for all levels—from complete beginners to people with established practices. Each session includes foundational explanation alongside opportunity for progression.

We offer both formats depending on availability. Contact us to ask about current schedules. In-person sessions are held in Auckland; online sessions are available to participants anywhere in New Zealand.

For group sessions, we offer a credit toward a future session if you provide notice. For personal coaching, we reschedule based on facilitator availability. See our Refund Policy for full details.
