Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Group Sessions
Cancellation Notice: Cancellations made 48 hours before a scheduled group session are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a session are not refundable but may be credited toward a future session at our discretion.
No-Shows: Participants who do not attend a scheduled session without cancellation notification forfeit their payment.
2. Personal Coaching Sessions
Cancellation Notice: Cancellations made 24 hours in advance of a personal coaching session are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a rescheduled session.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session are not refundable.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling is subject to facilitator availability.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. You will receive email confirmation of your refund request.
4. Session Blocks & Packages
When you purchase a block of sessions, the cancellation policy applies to individual sessions within the block. If you cancel the entire package within 14 days of purchase, a full refund is provided. After 14 days, refunds are limited to sessions not yet attended or credits toward future sessions.
5. Digital Guides & Materials
Digital downloads and materials are non-refundable once access has been granted, as they cannot be recalled or resold.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
If you experience a significant life event (illness, emergency, bereavement) that prevents attendance, we encourage you to contact us. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to accommodate rescheduling or credits.
